Mensin Gold Bibiani Limited (MGBL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Resolute Mining, is the owner of the Bibiani gold project. Resolute Mining currently owns of MGBL while the Ghana Government is entitled to a 10% free carried interest in MGBL.
